Carbon nanotubes marked their own place in different fields of technology due to their versatile properties. One such widely explored field is related to its thermal properties and their application thermal interface materials, thermoresponsive materials, flame retardants, etc. Both multiwalled and single walled CNTs are used for the aforementioned applications. The structural arrangement and the alignment of CNTs play an important role in determining the property enhancement. The current chapter is presented as a collective summary of research works done in exploring the thermal properties of carbon nanotubes in thermal interfacing, thermal responsiveness, flame retardancy, and thermal insulation.
