You are given a Transaction Reference and Cert ID as an acknowledgement of your application. Please take note of the Transaction Reference for future correspondences with the Bank or the Insurer.

When you click on the button on the Application Page and the button on the Confirmation Page AND the premium is successfully deducted from your selected account, you are covered under Insure & Travel.
A | Upon completing your Insure & Travel application AND the premium is successfully deducted from your selected account, you are covered under Insure & Travel. The policy document will be sent to you within five business days from the date of your application. It will be sent to the mailing address indicated in your application form. |
A | There will be no refund of the premium in the event that you shorten/cancel your trip. |
A | You can call the Insure & Travel 24-hour hotline at 6222 7737 to extend the period of cover. Please note that the extension of your trip is only allowed during the Period of Insurance. |
A | You can call the Insure & Travel 24-hour hotline at 6222 7737 to make amendments to your policy. Please quote the Transaction Reference and Cert ID when amending your policy. The Insurer will then pass an endorsement to confirm the amendment. Please note that amendments must be made prior to your departure for the trip. |
A | You can still buy Insure & Travel for your business trip. However, please note that the trip must not be for the purpose of seeking medical treatments. |
A pre-existing condition refers to any injury, illness or condition for which treatment or medication or advice or diagnosis has been sought or received during the 12 months prior to the commencement of this insurance.
